RCC is a Christian based company that provides residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities.  Our Mission is: "To enrich the quality of life for the individuals that we serve through our faith and compassion."

It is my personal responsibility to operate RCC on the foundation of Christian morals, values, and expectations.  It is my hope, through this foundation, that we will fulfill our mission through those we work with.
